Bayer is making education a priority: the Bayer Group is committed to providing training for young people and assisting talented young natural scientists with school laboratories and scholarships. In addition to organizing various activities for schoolchildren and teachers, Bayer has set up several “BayLab®” facilities where schoolchildren can learn the principles of chemistry, biology, physics and medicine for themselves.

Committed to young researchers
As part of its foundation activities, Bayer is also supporting university students and young researchers already working in the field with scholarships and awards. In 2007, the Bayer Group restructured its foundation activities and formed the Bayer Science & Education Foundation for this purpose.
